UYLA is a foundation being created for urban youth with a talent, gifting, and passion for writing.  UYLA's hope is to not only build a school for summer writing programs, but to be able to help increase awareness of the value of literary works through the future generations of young writers.  UYLA, in the near future, will be looking for funding and donations for our various scholarship programs.  If you, your charity, and/or establishment would like to learn more or help UYLA in its efforts to help gifted, impoverished young writers, please use the contact page on this site to see how you can help.
